For years, I've ignored Pinterest
as a marketing tool.
Primarily because I didn't view it as a good place to reach my ideal customers (entrepreneurs and solopreneurs).
But, after doing some research, I realized that I couldn't have been more wrong. It turns out Pinterest is way more than an arts & crafts social network.
Once I realized this, I quickly set up my business Pinterest page, created a handful of Pinterest Boards related to my areas of expertise and I started pinning away.
Now I pin helpful articles and graphics from other people and I pin all of my own blog posts and website articles.
It's been 3 months since I became active on Pinterest and it's already one of my top sources of website traffic.
If you have a blog or website, I'd highly recommend getting started with Pinterest - I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
To help you get started, I've thrown together a quick video that walks you through my step-by-step process for pinning blog posts and website articles to my Pinterest page and boards.
