How To Get Better Results From Your Virtual Assistant

I'm a huge fan of outsourcing and using virtual assistants. From my experience a single VA can be the difference between a thriving business and a struggling business.

A great virtual assistant can free up massive amounts of time for entrepreneurs and business owners to focus on revenue generating activities.

But here's the problem... there's a bit of a learning curve when it comes to working with a virtual assistant on the other side of the planet.

One thing that I hear over and over again from people that are just getting started with outsourcing is that their virtual assistant isn't performing at a high enough level.

Maybe their VA isn't doing the work correctly or they are taking too long to complete the work or they just don't understand how to do the work that is required of them.
