Learn how to keep your virtual assistant busy even after you've run out of tasks to delegate to them.
Many of my students from The Entrepreneur's Guide To Outsourcing
ask me what they should do on days where they run out of tasks for their virtual assistant.
This is a very common and real concern because it's best to hire a full time virtual assistant, but we don't always have 40 hours of weekly work to give them - especially when you're just starting out.
At the same time, we want to make sure we are filling up their schedules so that they get used to working full workweeks and so they don't go out and get a job with a second company.
To help with this, I've put together a quick video where I explain what you can do to keep your VA busy (and productive) even if you don't have any actual work for them.
And if you don't have a virtual assistant yet, make sure you sign up for The Entrepreneur's Guide To Outsourcing
where we give you our step-by-step process for hiring a SUPERSTAR virtual assistant in 30 days!
