Nothing is more frustrating than hiring the wrong virtual assistant.

It has happened to me many times. I hire the wrong person, invest weeks or even months training them and managing them, only to find out that they don't have the skills or personality to do the job.

In fact, I hired bad virtual assistants the first 3 or 4 times I tried... and I almost gave up on outsourcing all together.

But fortunately, I stuck with it and learned how to weed out bad applicants and hire the best of the best.
